Features

Lead-to-Paid-to-Support lifecycle tracking

How It Actually Works

1

Journey starts at Lead

Created the moment a real lead is created in CRM -- there's no separate journey-setup step.

2

Moves forward only

A fixed stage order (Lead through Qualified, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, Won, Project Active, In Review, Delivered, Invoiced, Paid, Support, AMC Active, Renewal Due) is enforced strictly forward -- a stale or out-of-order event that arrives late can't make the journey regress.

3

Lost or Churned as side stages

Lost and Churned are reachable from anywhere as terminal states, not part of the main forward line -- an honest model of the fact that a deal or client relationship can end at any point, not just at the end of the pipeline.

4

Timeline stays queryable

Every transition is recorded with its source event, so the full history of a client's journey is one real, queryable timeline, not a snapshot rebuilt from separate tools.

Getting Started

  1. 1Enable Journey Orchestrator from the Module Marketplace -- it activates automatically as CRM, Projects, and Finance events happen, no manual stage-setting required
