How It Actually Works

1

Course published

An Admin creates a course with a title, description, and department -- no content-authoring pipeline required, since this is enrollment tracking, not a content player.

2

Enrolled

An employee starts a course once; re-starting an existing enrollment returns the same record instead of creating a duplicate.

3

Marked complete

Completion is self-reported by the enrolled employee, same as a real LMS "mark as done" checkbox is until a quiz/assessment engine exists -- there's no fabricated auto-grading pretending otherwise.

Getting Started

  1. 1Enable Learning from the Module Marketplace and create your first course
  2. 2Employees see courses for their organization and enroll themselves -- no separate assignment step required
